Preparation is rushed, and they do things backwards and then virtually of the 2 weeks while in Training your confused and winging information technology. Some of the Trainers are rude and don't respond your questions very well. They don't exercise phone calls with each person. They throw us trainees to the wolf's, and accept us try to work with existent customers not knowing half of what nosotros're doing. And then expect the customers to be happy with us. Too super brusque breaks. And I'd y'all want to work from home considering your a mom, hopefully you don't have a immature child. Because your expected to exist at your desk-bound for the whole time. There's no real work/life remainder.

They blow their potential by letting greed drive every facet of their business model and the manner they bargain with their employees. Pretending to be a localized version of Finger Hut, they have many "divisions" that offer the same production at different prices. They charge cool amounts for shipping. They aren't honest with their employees on everything from hours and what is considered "Part Time" or "Full Time" to making it difficult to empathise how their pay is actually derived. They have lots of potential to be a good company, but they utilise Anybody from employees to customers to inflate their bottom line at all costs.

Working from home is prissy.

Y'all can never get a lead or supervisor to answer to emails. Not even a I'k looking into it and I will go back to you. Weeks of no response even with follow upwardly emails. They have an unrealistic adherence policy, yous can't even use the bathroom without being out of adherence. It's been a horrible experience working for them.
